Superheated steam generator plant to supply a brown coal power plant in North Rhine-Westphalia

The plant serves to supply the plant with auxiliary and starting steam.

IMPLEMENTED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

  • 2 high-pressure steam boilers as superheated steam boilers with superheater 30 t/h, 22 bar, 385 °C, regulated in the entire load range
  • Heating oil firing system
  • Thermal water treatment
  • Complete flue-gas discharge with two-pass flue 70 m
  • Construction of a new boiler house in a lightweight steel construction design, including ventilation
  • Redundant design of all control and regulation components, including safety engineering
  • Tubing of the new plant up to the connection points in the existing power plant building
  • Power plant control system, safety-orientated and redundant, with connection to the block control room
  • Approval and execution planning
