The total capacity was increased from 170 to 238 t/h.

IMPLEMENTED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

  • 2 superheated steam boilers each with 34 t/h, 15 bar, designed as two-pass boilers with low-NOx natural gas/biogas firing
  • Expansion of the thermal water treatment with a third feedwater tank
  • Expansion of make-up water and condensate treatment
  • Electrical engineering
  • Control engineering for on-site maintenance and remote maintenance operation
  • Flue-gas discharge with two-pass flue
  • Tubing of the boiler house
  • Pipe route to the consumer
  • Redundant steam reduction station in the boiler house
  • Renovation of the high- and low-pressure steam distributor and planning of a steam turbine
