CONDOR saturated steam boilers can also be supplied as superheated steam boilers. Steam superheating prevents condensate from prematurely forming in pipework and turbines, and will contribute to load increases due to greater thermal gradients and larger steam volumes at the same boiler pressure in power stations. Depending on the required steam parameters, the CONDORBOILER can be designed with a single- or multistage superheater, arranged in the front or rear end reversal chamber.
