Maintenance

For the maintenance of your boiler unit we should be glad to submit a quotation adapted to your special requirements, such as:

  • Technical, economical maintenance services (main inspection and test checks twice a year)
  • Periodic inspection of water conditions (checking of water treatment plant and examination of boiler and feedwater every three months)
  • Technical maintenance service (full service for boiler plants under unattended operation comprises checks, servicing and maintenance)
  • Examination of the pressure part (e. g. preparation for inspections)
  • Cleaning of the boiler (cleaning on water and flue gas side, chemically and mechanically)
  • Preservation (protection against corrosion in the case of seasonal shutdowns or for servicing stand-by boilers)
  • Water treatment plants (replacement of exchange materials and chemicals, if necessary, overhauling and repair)
  • Maintenance of firing systems.
