The basic concept of the CONDORBOILER design has been successful for decades. Outstanding design features of our steam and hot water generators are:

Characteristic for CONDOR steam generators are large steam spaces and special internals at the steam nozzle for constant high steam quality. The arrangement of flame and fire tubes ensures unrestricted steam bubble development and a stable water circulation under all operating conditions.
The CONDOR hot water generators have especially large dimensioning and thus high boiler efficiencies. In addition, the position of the flow passages as well as the arrangement of the hot water nozzles with the internals at the return nozzles cause the return water to be intensively mixed and result in stable operation over the entire load range.
Further design elements, e.g. gusset stays and anchor bolts as well as thermally highly loaded welding seams are especially designed to minimize thermal stresses.
All details of the CONDORBOILER design have been thoroughly tested and lay the foundation for its long service life.
